The Boat House is being renovated to become a restaurant seating 30 covers. The photograph opposite shows the Boathouse under rennovation.
Seaview Cottage will be ready in 2009 - Access by boat or walking only, it sleeps 2 and is a wonderfull retreat.
Kingairloch House will be shut from November 08 to March 09 to enable us to build an extension over the garage. This will produce a further 3 bedrooms and a games room. It will therefore sleep 12 from Easter 2009.
We are approaching the crown commision to apply for 4/8 moorings to enable yachtsman to visit.
Planning for the swimming pool and leisure area was passed in 2007 and construction WILL start in 2009 if not before.
Fishing update
Over the past winter we have hatched 20,000 Sea Trout Eggs which are growing well in tanks ready for release into our river systems.
We have stocked the trout pond ready for some sport.
We have also netted the Galma river and took 100 trout/salmon young fish to grow on with Jon Gibb (Lochaber District Fisheries Trust). These will become the future brood stock.
