We Have a wide selection of properties for you to choose from...
- All the properties are warm, and initial fuel for fires is provided (Nov-April only) thereafter available locally or from Kingairloch. Pier Cottage does not have a fire.
- There is not an electric charge.
- All bed linen and towels are provided.
- Sky Television is in all properties.
- We welcome pets to the estate however we do have to charge £20/pet (maximum three pets per property) and are allowed in the reception rooms only - NOT the bedrooms. Fee is £20 per pet (including VAT).
- All properties are NON SMOKING
- Recycling facilities for plastic, tins, and bottles has been initiated in all properties.

Amenities
- Strontian (14 miles) has a Post Office, petrol and diesel, small grocery store.
- Lochaline (16 miles) has a small grocery store, petrol and diesel.
- Ardgour (14 miles) has a small grocery shop.
- For a larger shop, Fort William has a Morrisons super market.
- The Corran Ferry runs every half an hour. From 7am - 9pm approx. Log on to www.lochabertransport.org.uk/corranferry.html to check the timetable.
To Book
- To check availability fill out our enquiry form and either email or fax back; check out the website calendars or call the Estate Office.
- During our busy months it may take a while to return all accommodation enquiries. If no-one has returned correspondence regarding tariffs and availability please visit our agent's website www.english-country-cottages.co.uk.
- We will then confirm the availability of the holiday cottage.
- You are then required to forward a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total charge to hold the booking. (If holidays are booked at short notice whole amount is required).
- Final balance is due four weeks prior to arrival.
- Cheques made payable to Kingairloch Estate LLP. We are also able to accept card payments.
- We recommend that you pre book Estate Activities.
