Boat House Restaurant, Kingairloch
Situated right on the shore of Loch a'Choire the restaurant is in prime location to see various wildlife and stunning scenery especially sat outside on our balcony. The walled garden is now producing the main part of our salads as well as some of the vegetables-you can't beat that freshness and taste!
Our menus focus on fresh local seasonal food. Fish and shellfish are landed in Mallaig and fantastic venison, fruit, vegetables and wild food are available from the estate. At lunchtime we have a selection of platters, salads, venison steaks, burgers, fish and shellfish dishes. We serve cakes and scones in the afternoon and have an evening menu that features scallops, langoustines, market fish specials as well as our venison signature dish. During Sunday lunchtime we serve a traditional roast lunch for £14.50 and a small a la carte menu.
For visiting yachts to The Boathouse we have put down six moorings, which are free to use reference:56o36.971N 05o 30.947W. We also have free wireless internet access during the day.
