The Old Post Office
Many years ago there was a PO counter in a shed outside the cottage
where the residents could buy a few goods and send out the mail.
The Old Post Office has been recently completely refurbished, without
spoiling its natural character.
It sits above the Private Road overlooking
Loch a’ Coire with views across to Sgurr Bhuic and Corrie Ban.
The cottage has a double bedded room with bathroom, kitchen and sitting
room with a patio door leading to a paved area. Wheelchair access is
provided and the rooms are all on one level with a few low thresholds.
Under floor heating throughout, electric cooking, washer and dryer, fridge/freezers,
microwave, wood burning stove in the sitting room. TV and radio/CD player.
Duvets, bed linen and towels are all provided.
A wonderful restful cottage where the stags are often seen grazing right
in front of the windows.
