At Kingairloch we have Scottish Quality Assured Wild Venison for sale from the estate. This year has seen an increase in demand for venison which has meant we have processed a record amount through our deer larder.

The photos on this page show a venison dish prepared and presented by Chef Brian Gunn and his catering students at Lochaber College in Fort William. With the help of our web developers we networked with the College to produce some sample dishes using Kingairloch Estate Highland Venison.

We will be developing these pages with suggestions and recipes to help you serve up your own special Highland banquet or dinner party at home. Our mail-order service provides a speedy door-to-door service during the season.
